Our restaurant is a family run business.

Thai on the Fly has been open since March 2006. Prior to that, we had a location on the beach for 4 years, in Pierre’s Point Resort in Salmon Arm.

Our chef, “Ging” has over 22 years experience cooking Thai Food in Canada. She was a chef at some the best Thai restaurants in Vancouver, Sawasdee (on Main), Salathai (on Cambie) and Montri’s (in the west end). As well she has cooked at The Amarin (in Vernon) and Mon Thong (in Kelowna).
